Product Introduction

Aluminium props, manufactured according to the EN 16031 standard, are essential construction tools. They consist of an outer tube and an inner tube. The quick - thread nut and nut lock mechanism enables easy adjustment. To operate, press the lock with one hand and pipe the nut with the other to release it. Then, position the inner tube to the desired height. Unscrew the nut until it contacts the outer tube, at which point the inner tube is released and the nut automatically locks onto the outer tube. Final adjustments can be made with the nut. These props are lightweight yet sturdy, making them convenient and reliable for various construction and support tasks.

· One for verifying the load capacity of steel props (EN 1065)
· Another for checking the thread and strength of nuts used on adjustable props

This allows us to systematically verify product performance and deliver fully traceable, quality-assured batches.

Absolutely. Each production batch comes with a factory quality certificate, including chemical composition analysis, mechanical performance data (hardness, resistance,etc.), and dimensional tolerance control.

We primarily export to European countries, but also to the Middle East and Africa. Upon request from some of our European partners, we manage international logistics for direct delivery to their construction sites worldwide.

6. Can I visit your factory or request a quality audit?

7. What quality control procedures do you follow?

Before any shipment leaves our factory, we carry out:
